My cooker was tripping the electric. They sent an engineer the next day and he fixed it within half an hour. Highly recommended.

We both work and it's difficult to be at home but the engineer called my wife 30 mins before and they arrived at the same time, fixed our washer no problem, 20 mins job done didn’t cost the earth either.

Really nice to deal with. My elderly Mum lives alone and I work, called to arrange washing machine repair for her and advised the office that Mum is really nervous about opening the door to strangers. The senior engineer gave me a password for Mum to ask the engineer for when he arrived, brilliant really simple but made my Mum feel so much better. Washer needed new pump repair completed within 30 mins of arrival. Engineer called me to confirm job had been done and Mum was ok. Can’t recommend highly enough. This Company go that extra mile, will certainly use again.

Washing machine went bang and went off, wouldn’t turn back on, called and they had an engineer in my area the same day. Fixed within 4 hours. Brilliant service great price.

Our American style fridge freezer started making a noise, called and they offered next day but I was working so came out 2 days later. Freezer fan broken, fixed same day, very polite engineer did the job in a professional manner. No mess, no fuss, would use again.

Called a national repairer with high street retail store, they wanted to charge £150 to fix my American Fridge Freezer. Called AD Appliance Care, the guy I spoke to diagnosed over the phone and quoted me £85 came out next day, job sorted, saved me £65, very very happy.

Fridge freezer packed up. Came out next day, motherboard fault had to order part. Back in 3 days, job sorted, Mrs happy. Price very reasonable, would recommend and will use again.

Mum's tumble dryer would not heat up. Needed element, repaired next day. Had parts with him in the van. Really good service.
