Really nice to deal with. My elderly Mum lives alone and I work, called to arrange washing machine repair for her and advised the office that Mum is really nervous about opening the door to strangers. The senior engineer gave me a password for Mum to ask the engineer for when he arrived, brilliant really simple but made my Mum feel so much better. Washer needed new pump repair completed within 30 mins of arrival. Engineer called me to confirm job had been done and Mum was ok. Can’t recommend highly enough. This Company go that extra mile, will certainly use again.
